It's Tuesday. September 15th.
September is half gone. Fifteen days in, fifteen days left — which makes this the honest checkpoint.
Two weeks ago you had a version of this month in your head. Cast your mind back to it. Then look at what actually happened.
Not to feel bad about it. To get the number. Because the gap between the September you planned and the September you've had is the most useful piece of data you'll get this month, and most people refuse to look at it until it's December.
Fifteen days is still a real amount of time. It's three working weeks minus a bit. It's enough to end the month somewhere other than where you're currently heading.
The difference between the people who end months well and the people who do not is almost never effort in the last week. It is whether anything was running before the last week arrived. Fifteen days is enough to have something running.
85% off — use the second half.
