Marionette Lines

A lot of people put off their Face Yoga practice for the same reason — and it's not because they don't believe it works. Some of you know it works and still haven't started, because it starts to feel like a commitment. A 15-day or 28-day program, a calendar to keep up with, the pressure of missing a day and feeling like you've fallen behind.

So the practice gets pushed to "next week" — and next week becomes next month.

See what's inside the Marionette Lines Protocol

The Marionette Lines Protocol doesn't work that way. It's three practices — Release, Reset, Lift — and you move through them at your own pace. No countdown. No day you're "supposed" to be on.

It's built this way on purpose: Release comes first because nothing else can move while the grip around your mouth is still there. Reset comes next, easing the pull from your neck and jaw. Lift comes last, because your cheeks need somewhere to lift from. The order matters. The calendar doesn't.

However long it takes you to get there is exactly how long it should take.
