Nobody guessed it. I watched the chat. People were typing "the receptionist" and "the chatbot" and a few other things, and none of them were right.

It's the one that a business owner already knows he's losing money on before you ever say a word. So there's nothing to convince him of. You just show him the fix and tell him what the rent is.

That's why it closes first.
