Yesterday I told you about AI Secret Shopper.

Then this showed up in my inbox.

It's from Mark. He signed it "your 67 year old Yooper, U.P. customer."

(If you're not from up north, a Yooper is somebody from Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Tough people. They have to be.)

Here's part of what he wrote:

Look at what he's describing. He hit two walls... He couldn't get the thing set up, and he couldn't get an owner to buy it.
