Hello lovely people,
Come and spend a weekend with me, learning how to make yoga a place where more people feel welcome.
On October 10–11, we’re gathering online for our 10-hour Accessible and Adaptive Yoga Training, and I’d love you to join us.
As a thank-you for being part of our Allihopa Yoga newsletter community, I’m offering you 30% off this training.
As a wheelchair user and yoga teacher, I know how much it matters when someone takes the time to understand your body. When a teacher offers you a way to participate, listens to your experience, and trusts you to make your own choices.
That sense of belonging is at the heart of what we’ll explore together.
Over two days, we’ll learn how to:
Offer meaningful variations for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.
Use language that supports dignity, choice, and autonomy.
Understand how disability and trauma can shape someone’s experience of practice.
Share yoga with greater confidence, creativity, and care.
I’ll bring my lived experience, practical tools, and plenty of space for questions and learning from one another.
Can’t join us live for every session? All sessions will be recorded. You can watch them afterwards, and you’ll still have my support and the opportunity to ask questions as you work through the recordings.
If you’ve been wanting to study with me and bring more accessible yoga into your community, this is a lovely opportunity to begin.
