It's Tuesday. October 6th.

There are three ways people stall, and knowing which one is yours changes what actually works. Most advice fails because it's aimed at a different one.

One: you can't start. The task sits there and every hour it gets heavier. You'll do anything adjacent to it.

Two: you start well and stop at sixty percent. The finishing has no reward in it, so it never happens.

Three: you do it all, at once, the night before, and then you're wrecked for three days.

One needs a smaller trigger. Two needs a visible finish line. Three needs a rhythm that stops you binge-working.

They're genuinely different problems, and if you've been applying a Two fix to a One problem, no wonder it hasn't held.

Most people are one of these strongly and another one mildly, and they have spent years reading advice written for the third. Naming yours is not a personality test. It changes which mechanism you install.

85% off — for whichever one is yours.
