Back in August, a Texas court ruled in our favor (You can read more on that here). Anyways, the government had until October 5 to appeal that decision.

Well... they didn't.

That makes our win final. We brought the fight, we won it, and now the window to challenge it has closed.

Here's what that means if you're in one of the 27 free states:

Buying a suppressor through Silencer Shop works like buying a rifle. Pass a background check, take it home.

No Form 4. No registration. No wait.

But there's few things worth knowing:

It has to come through us. Coverage follows suppressors bought through Silencer Shop and other plaintiffs.

Most notably: Your dealer matters. Not every dealer runs this process yet. Find one that does.

And don't forget to check your state laws. 15 states still require the Form 4, and we'll handle that start to finish, same as always.
