What if I don’t know how many boxes I’ll need?
That’s absolutely fine! We’ll provide you with free boxes for your shipment. You’ll only be charged for the boxes you use—just return any unused boxes to us when we collect your items.

Can I use my own boxes?
Yes – just make sure they’re strong enough for international shipping and clearly labelled with your name, destination, and reference number. We also provide free export-quality cartons.

What’s the weight limit?
The maximum weight limit is 25kg per box or package across all services—sea, road, and air.

What can and can’t I take?
Check our FIDI Customs Guide for Canada and the IATA restricted items list if using air freight.

How long does it take?
Shipping times vary, but you can check estimated transit times on our website. Don’t forget to allow time for customs clearance.

Are there any additional fees on arrival?
