Hey Friend.

Most people go to Italy to sip wine and look at art… I’m currently packed in a house full of sweaty bikers, as we ride dirtbikes for a week across the island of Sardinia.

In fact I’m writing this with dirt still on my boots...

Next week I’ll be surfing in Portugal with my family. 

Then speaking at an event in Switzerland and spending some quality time with my wife. 

My life wasn’t always this way… I used to think I had to grind hard to make money.

Need more money? Just work harder.

… Then save it all away for the future.

Then 2008 came… and all those hours of hard work got wiped out.

C’est la vie. 

I learned one important lesson from that crash:

You have the right to question any assumption in your life. 

And the best way to change the outcome of the game is to rewrite the rules.

I don’t choose between travel and work… or between productivity and time with my family.
