There's something special about a school where families show up, get involved, and make things happen! At Riverside, we know that great schools are built on strong partnerships, and our families play a HUGE role in making our school community thrive. This past week was a perfect example of family engagement in action. We hosted our first parent workshop of the year, Book Fair Family Night, and our AAP Fall Parent Meeting. Each event provided opportunities for families to connect, learn, ask questions, and become more involved in their children's education.

Parent Engagement matters and it makes a difference! When children see their families actively involved in school, it reinforces the message that education is important and that their success is a shared priority. You don't have to volunteer every week or attend every event to make an impact. Every single connection counts.

Looking ahead, we have even more opportunities to come together, including our Virtual PTA Meeting on October 21 and Trunk or Treat on October 29. Whether you're a familiar face or haven't attended an event yet, there's always a place for you at Riverside. Our Rockets soar higher when we work together!
