I noticed that I was getting a "you don't have permission" message accessing transcripts on voice interactions. In browser developer tools I could see that /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturls was returning 403 response. However the puzzling thing was that that I had the documented required permissions (and presumed that web interface had the required scopes).

After wasting more than an hour on this I eventually found this page: New Permissions to View Speech and Text Analytics Data in Interaction Details View

Can you please update the online documentation (including API Explorer) to reflect the new permissions that are required for the affected APIs? (Please refer to link above.)
