Alec Baldwin’s Western “Rust” had its world premiere Wednesday at a film festival in Poland with a dedication to cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was fatally shot in an accident on the set three years ago.

Organizers called for a minute of silence before showing the film, which opened to a full house at the International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography Camerimage in the city of Torun.

Baldwin, the lead actor and co-producer, was pointing a gun at Hutchins during a rehearsal outside Santa Fe, New Mexico, in October 2021 when the revolver went off, killing Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza. Baldwin has said he pulled back the hammer — but not the trigger — and the revolver fired.

Campbell’s is ditching the soup — at least in name. And the change has now received shareholders’ greenlight.

Campbell Soup Co. announced its intention to change its name just over two months ago, saying it wanted to instead be known as the (slightly shorter) Campbell’s Co. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the change on Tuesday.

In a statement, CEO Mark Clouse maintained that this “subtle yet important change” will retain the company’s iconic name “while reflecting the full breadth of our portfolio.”

Christmas is coming early for fans of an iconic McDonald’s sandwich that only pops up on the menu once in a blue moon: the famous McRib.

Beginning Dec. 3, McDonald’s McRib will return to menus, the burger chain said in an Instagram post, featuring what appeared to be a friendly-looking Yeti-like snow creature on Wednesday.

The post came one day after the chain teased the a “legendary” sandwich might return to restaurants — and four months after McDonald’s USA President Joe Erlinger said in an interview with TODAY that the iconic sandwich would return “later this year.”

Liam Payne’s funeral was held Wednesday in southeast England, just more than a month after the One Direction star died in a fall from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires.

The singer, 31, had traces of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his system when he fell from the third floor Oct. 16, an autopsy revealed. Three people have been charged in connection with the incident.

Argentinian authorities released his body earlier this month, allowing it to be flown back to Britain for burial.

Dave Coulier has responded to the backlash over his “Full House” pal John Stamos donning a bald cap in an act of solidarity after Coulier announced his cancer diagnosis last week.

“I’m sorry to see a bunch of negative comments as I’ve just begun my cancer journey,” Coulier wrote in an Instagram post on Nov. 19.

“It’s our friendship (me and John) and this is how we are handling a very tough time,” he continued. “I’m a comedian and humor is what drives me. John knows how to cheer me up and I laughed out loud when he arrived wearing a bald cap — being a true loving friend and brother.”

San Diego native Kevin DiCicco is ready for his second act.

The man credited with creating the movie “Air Bud” has experienced homelessness while battling multiple health issues, but the kindness of others is helping him get back on his feet.

“Air Bud” starred a basketball-playing golden retriever that helped to inspire generations of kids. The movie franchise debuted in 1997, with spinoffs grossing more than $200 million.
