Dear Olde Creek Community,
What a fantastic (and chilly) first (and only) full week of school this month! Although the cold weather and persistent snow on the ground kept us indoors for recess, it didn’t cool off the excitement for learning in our classrooms. It has been wonderful to see our Bears diving into their work with enthusiasm and curiosity.
A quick reminder: there will be no school on Monday, January 20, as we observe Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday and Inauguration Day. This is a great opportunity to reflect on the values of leadership, equality, and service to others.
We also have some exciting events coming up that you won’t want to miss! Be sure to keep an eye on the Upcoming Dates section above and mark your calendars so you can stay connected and celebrate all the great things happening at Olde Creek.

P.A.W.S. School Wide Reward
Our students earned 10,000 PAWS Points and earned a week full of SPIRIT! We'll send out reminders about the days so you can help remind your student!
Family Engagement Night
Please join us on January 28th from 5:30-7:00 for an evening full of learning and sharing.
Families and students are invited for pizza (thank you, PTA), hands-on science experiments, math and literacy games, and learning more about some attributes related to Portrait of Graduate.
Please be sure to RSVP using THIS LINK so we can make sure we have enough PIZZA for everyone.

Equity Book Club
Join us on February 6th from 3:15-4:15 for our second Equity Book Club of the year. Please complete this form to indicate if your student(s) will be participating. The first 30 families to sign up will receive a copy of the book.
